Fuji DR-I - 1990 - US
A solid all round Type I from a time when a lot of cassettes were at their peak. The tapes made in Japan always command higher values, but those made in South Korea also had the tape made in Japan. Either way, these tapes do not disappoint, ever. High quality all the way through.
Slim case (1990)
Note 1: 60 Minutes: SK: There are only 3 of these in stock. One of them has a 3cm hairline crack on the front of the case, which is still perfectly for use. One has a sticker on the front and the other has no visible flaws.
Note 2: 90 Minutes: SK: Inventory on these is still quite good.
Note 3: 60 Minutes: JP: Two (2) available in perfect condition
Note 4: 90 Minutes: JP: One (1) available in about perfect condition... it has a part of a sticker half removed on the front of it. It is not sticky.
See Tony Villa's video below about a later issued DR tape (1998), made in the PRC. It should give you a hint of the quality that still resided with this line of Fuji type I cassettes. The reality for most major brands, was in fact, that quality worsened gradually as the 2000's came around. However, these 1990 DR-I tapes still had the magnetic tape manufactured in Japan, so there is no question as to its performing quality. Get them while you can!
