SONY CD-IT II High Bias - 1995 - US
You can tell this tape came towards "the end", due to its annoying slim case, however, this is a superb cassette!
From what we can tell it's UX inside this Sony CD-IT 2 (could even be UX-S) Type II tape inside a very rigid and attractive shell, which Sony first used on the TOTL 1988 HF-ES and was still used on the last generation Metal SR.
The shell is welded, which some people don't like, but the truth is that a welded shell is more rigid and better balanced than one with screws. It's only a problem should you want to open the cassette up...
We've found these don't really need any bias tweaks so should work well in all decks, and are quite superb.
Note 1: Only one 54 Minutes tape available! SOLD!
Note 2: This is a rather scarce Canadian issued 90 minutes CD-IT II Sony cassette with a clean and nostalgic HMV price sticker on it! Only one available!
Note 3: The 100 minutes version is much more widely found. Many of the 100 minutes tapes also have a nice and clean HMV price sticker on it, but not all of course. Ask for them, if that's your thing!

Sony produced the world's first portable music player, the Walkman in 1979. This line fostered a fundamental change in music listening habits by allowing people to carry music with them and listen to music through lightweight headphones. Walkman originally referred to portable audio cassette players. The company now uses the Walkman brand to market its portable audio and video players as well as a line of former Sony Ericsson mobile phones.
