All these cassette head cleaners are now very difficult to find. These are non-abrasive cloth tape and come with isopropyl fluid. This fluid can be replaced with regular isopropyl 99% pure alcohol. This cleaner must be used always with isopropyl fluid. 

If this head cleaner is to be used as intended, then it makes a much better value than the Memorex Head Cleaner.
