Polaroid Type II - 2010 - US

CrO2 - EQ: 70us

Just like 2013 issue, we suspect this is BASF Super Chrome tape, probably from the NAC inventory, much like Audio Pro Line of tapes NAC produced. If anyone has different info on this, please share it. Light scent of "crayons". By the way, this is very dark, very shiny and very smooth tape. Brilliant!

Note 1: 90 Minutes: Brand new but NOT sealed. Quite possibly rarer than 2013 issue. These came wrapped in a package of 10, but not individually sealed. I will be sealing them, thus protecting them from normal handling and/or dust, etc. The 2013 run seems to enjoy a better "quality" reputation than this 2010 run, but the tape is from the same last BASF pancake reels.

Watch Tony Villa's video review on this tape at 18:00 minutes! The review is done on the 2013 version of this Polaroid cassette.

About BASF:

BASF SE is a German chemical company and the largest chemical producer in the world.[3][4][5] The BASF Group comprises subsidiaries and joint ventures in more than 80 countries and operates six integrated production sites and 390 other production sites in EuropeAsiaAustralia, the Americas and Africa.[6] Its headquarters is located in LudwigshafenGermany. The company is currently expanding its international activities with a particular focus on Asia. Between 1990 and 2005, the company invested €5.6 billion in Asia, for example in sites near Nanjing and Shanghai, China and Mangalore in India.

BASF is listed on the Frankfurt Stock ExchangeLondon Stock Exchange, and Zurich Stock Exchange. The company delisted its ADR from the New York Stock Exchange in September 2007. The company is a component of the Euro Stoxx 50 stock market index.[7][8]
